The returns from Islamic bank's FD is not fixed. It is subject to the bank's performance. They wl pay higher if they are making lots of profit. I think you hv a misconception here, bank islam is not for muslim or malays only, it is open to all. Even my chinese non muslim friend also hv FD there. Bank Rakyat's Interest is also subject to bank's.
